1. Introduction
Doglo is a mobile application designed to track and monitor dogs using GPS-enabled devices.
This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Doglo mobile application (“App”), provided by Traxby OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Doglo App, you agree to the terms described in this document.
2. Data We Collect

2.1 Location Data (Precise Location)
We collect precise location data (GPS) from:
- the Doglo tracking device (“dog tracker”)
- your mobile device (if required for functionality)

2.2 Background Location
The Doglo App collects location data in the background when the feature is enabled, even when the app is not actively in use or closed.
This is required to provide continuous location tracking and location-based alerts (e.g. dog moving too far from owner).

4. Location Data Usage (Important)
The Doglo App processes precise location data as a core feature.

- provide alerts (e.g. leaving safe zone, dog moving too far from owner)
- show movement history
Without location data, the main functionality of the App will not work.

We do not sell your data.
We may share data in the following cases:

- family/group members connected to your device
You control who has access to your dog’s location.
